By downloading, installing, or using VBO Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VBO Player is a media player application that allows users to play their own media content, including IPTV streams via M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API. VBO Player does NOT provide, sell, or distribute any media content, channels, or playlists.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VBO Player on one (1) device. Each license is tied to a unique device identifier (MAC address).
You are solely responsible for the content you access through VBO Player. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or to access unauthorized content. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle (our merchant of record). All prices are in USD. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
VBO Player and all associated trademarks, logos, and software are the property of VBO Player. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
VBO Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party content issues.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
