Free Trial
VBO Player offers a free 7-day trial for all new devices. We strongly recommend using the trial period to test the app and ensure it meets your needs before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our product and the availability of a free trial:
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase.
- The free 7-day trial allows you to fully test the app before committing to a paid plan.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have tested the app during the trial period.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same device)
- Technical issue on our end that prevents the app from functioning and cannot be resolved
To request an exception, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your MAC address and transaction details.
Important Notes
- VBO Player is a media player only — we do not provide content or playlists
- Issues with third-party playlists or content providers are not grounds for a refund
- Each license is for one device only and cannot be transferred
- Refund requests are processed through Paddle (our payment provider)
